On 25 August 1999, to comply with an order of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ? 1106 dated June 22, 1999 ?On measures increasing the state insurance fund seed?, on the basis of State joint-stock company "Bread of Ukraine" was established a subsidiary company - "The Seed of insurance fund." In 2004, for the scope to provide seeds and agricultural convenience Partners, a subsidiary company through the reorganization was converted to a state-owned enterprise "State Seed Reserve Fund of Ukraine."
