On July 21, 1993 the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) registered CJSB 'Hadjibei' bank under No. 183. In 1995 the Bank was renamed JSB 'Intergasbank'. Currently, OJSB 'UkrGasBank' is one of the most reliable and dynamic financial institutions that successfully operate in the Ukrainian banking market. Implementation of new products in the domestic and international markets has contributed to the reputation of UkrGasBank, and helped increase its financial metrics and customer franchise. The Bank keeps enhancing its activities both by virtue of expanding volumes of operations in the banking market and territotial expansion.
