Insurance Company Dobrobut ta Zahist
Insurance Company “Dobrobut ta Zahist” was founded in July, 2001 as Closed Corporation. At that time Company was included into the Group of Companies Foxtrot. Foxtrot’s property interests’ protection was the main purpose of the Insurance Company. Since 2006 IC "Dobrobut ta Zahist" is a partner GKF.
In May 2006 the Company’s shareholders changed the corporate strategy of Insurance Company “Dobrobut ta Zahist”, what accordingly required the management replacement and soft re-branding. The new strategy foresaw to occupy the insurance market certain segment, aimed at general insurance services for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as for the middle class. In August 2006 the first regional representation in Odesa was founded. The company made its first budgeting for the next financial year.
In 2007 the Company founded a number of local branches in the regional cities of Ukraine (Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Kryvyy Rig, Zaporizhia, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyy, Lugansk, Lutsk). The results of the Company’s activity were as follows: the Company was among the 70 top insurance companies of Ukraine by different indices. It also became a member of Insurance Benefit Club. Mr. Kostyantyn Ksenich, President, was in TOP-100. The Best Top Managers of Ukraine rating.
In the year 2008 the Company continued its expansion in the regions, the series of new branches were founded in Kherson, Mykolayiv, Kharkiv. In the same year Insurance Company “Dobrobut ta Zahist” became a member of League of Insurance Companies of Ukraine, Golden Mercury award winner as the best insurance company, which was mentioned in Brand Guard rating as one of the best Ukrainian companies of dynamic development.
In June 2008 the Company amended its plan of expansion. It abandoned the income reinsurance and updated Casco insurance conditions; the measures for underrating control as for the insurance portfolio structure were also implemented. In September 2008 the shareholders structure was changed, when a foreign investor entered the Company.
Analyzing the annual results, the Company was among the 30 top insurance companies of Ukraine.
