Granite-Steppe Pobuzhe ? is a left over from once powerful mountains (like the modern Himalayas), which more than 1000 km from northwest to southeast crossed this territory (from Slovechansko-Ovruchskoho Ridge to Priazovskoy hills). They are the result of persistent and continuous destructions have only roots left represented by solid crystalline (magmatic and metamorphic) rocks, which form a foundation of modern Ukrainian shield the earth's surface (Dnieper hills).
Local flora includes more than 800 species of vascular plants, with about 100 listed in the Red Book of Ukraine and the European red list.
