The State Institute for Designing Enterprises of Coke Oven and By-Product Industry.
Giprokoks has in its structure the following production departments: coal, coke oven, civil works, chemical, general layouts and transport, water-supply and process service-lines, environment protection, automatic control systems, electrical, power&utilities and other functional divisions. 90% of Giprokoks personnel are certificated engineers and technical specialists having in their disposal knowledge in the field of design and construction of coke oven and by-product industry enterprises, in particular of:
- coal handling plants;
- coke oven batteries and coke dry and wet quenching plants;
- coke screening facilities;
- by-products recovery plants;
- processing by-products plants;
- plant structures on water-supply, sewerage, and industrial waste waters treatment;
- environment protection measures;
- power supply of enterprises;
- mechanization and automation of production processes.
