Energomashspetsstal
Kramatorsk works Energomashspetsstal was founded in 1964 as a main plant aimed at provision of the nuclear and power engineering with special cast and forged billets for atomic plants, reactor equipment, special pumps, steam and hydraulic turbines, high pressure installations.
Now JSC Energomashspetsstal is a modern enterprise that modernizes and restores capacities, increases the volume of the high-quality products that correspond to the international norms. The plant specializes in manufacture of special cast and forged details of individual and small serial production for heavy, power and transport engineering, metallurgic, cement, mining and other branches of Ukrainian industry, CIS and far abroad.
Products with marking Energomashspetsstal are well known at Atommash, Turboatom, Leningrad metallic works, Uralhydromash, Engineering unit in Sumy. Equipment, for which castings and forgings had been produced at our plant, was installed at Kolskaya, Zaporozhskaya, South-Ukrainian, Iglinskaya, Rostovskaya, Kalininskaya nuclear electro-power stations. For about 40 years of its activity the works has mastered smelting of especially pure steel grades for nuclear reactor billets, as well as the process of smelting of complex alloyed steel grades for casing castings for main circulation pumps GCN 195 has been adjusted, as well as the process of sound iron smelting . Technological processes allow producing unique large sized forgings and castings.
Goods produced in the plant are of high quality thanks to modern steel melting production that is equipped with complex providing liquid steel`s out-of-furnace treatment including installation Ladle - furnace (LF) with vacuumator constructed to the modern technologies on the basis of dry mechanical vacuum pumps of high capacities with automated ruling system of the whole complex.
The enterprise is equipped with modern thermal furnaces that allow carrying out automated finish heat treatment for large sized goods to all types of produced products and applied materials.
Fleet of mechanical treating lathes allows carrying out treatment of all types of production manufactured at the works.
Machining production annually increases capacities, lathes` running system and norms for all types of treatment are being improved.
Quality management system of the JSC Energomashspetsstal is certified according to the international norms ISO 9001: 2000 under three systems of certification: Russian Registr GOST R and IQNet.
JSC Energomashspetsstal is a corporative supplier of GP NAEK Energoatom and a manufacturer of casts and forgings for equipment required for objects that use atomic energy.
