Credit Union Agrar-Credit
The Credit Union "Agrar-Credit" is a local public organization, founded on the 10th of March 2000, it was registered by the juridical department in the Zaporozhye region, it received a registration certificate ? 238, it is made in the partnership with the Association of Farmers and the private landowners of the Zaporozhye region.
The main goal of its activity is the financial and social protection of its members by the way of receiving their personal savings and mutual crediting, consolidation of their members' efforts, and also of the progressive layer of the population for promotion and the development of the alternative, competitive state, the social and economic structure in the agricultural sector in the field of the economy.
With the program "Volunteers in the agricultural business" (AVP) it is the contract with the Agency USA international development (USAID. Projects have been implemented ). since 2000, in which farmers from the Zaporozhye region could take part, members of the credit union "Agrar Gredit". An American volunteer Fill Collgan and other volunteers have been working with the government and the common members of the union and the future regional centers and have been exchanging working experience of such organizations in the USA. The Prepared new working project with volunteers due to programs, which can be put into action according to this project.

The Union participated in the international conference "Credit Union s as the instrument of development of small and the middle enterprise/business in Ukraine , which was conducted ACDI/VOCA within the project Economic Development of Women (Winrock International) with the financing support of Afency USA with International Development, on the 28th of August 2001.
