CJSC Rosava
Belaya Tserkov tyre factory (Closed Joint Stock Company "Rosava") has been in production since 1972.
Nowadays it is a high-tech and socio-responsible company with up to date management. CJSC "Rosava" is in dynamic progress. In 2006 the company launched the production of medium class tyre of new quality level.
CJSC "Rosava" is located in south-east district of Belaya Tserkov, 80 km far from Kiev.
Favorable geographical location of the company, availability of railway facilities and Kiev-Odessa highway allow the product delivery to numerous customers without delay.
Product
The range of product includes more than 100 tyre sizes for passenger cars, light-trucks and trucks, commercial vehicles, trolley-buses, agricultural machines and fork-lifts as well as heavy tyres.
Production capacity comes up to 6 million tyres per year.
The capacities reach about 6 mln. tires per one year.
CJSC "Rosava" realizes in Ukrainian market about 50 % of production, to Russia exports 27,6 %, in the countries of CIS 13,5 %, in the countries of distant foreign countries 8,7 %.
Up to date processing and computer design allow manufacturing the product in accordance with European standards.
Last years the company developed the production of new 17 tyre models.
In 2006-2007 CJSC "Rosava" launched to the market the product of new quality level - medium-class tyres:
- tyre model SQ-201 with road directional tread pattern;
- winter tyre generation, WQ-model.
These tyres have been developed with a help of up to date software program Pro/Engineer (USA), Cascade (Russia) and are manufactured at new TRIPLEX Extrusion Line for Treads/Sidewalls production of Berstorff company (Germany, tyre building machines of Pirelli company. New constructional materials are used for their production. Polyester cord and silica in tread formulation enhance performance characteristics of tyres.
