Audit Company "APiK" (an abbreviation from the Ukrainian words "Audit services and consulting") was created in July 1993. During the period of company's activity our specialists have provided audit services to more than 400 companies and 80 banks.
APiK is one of the leading audit companies in the Ukrainian markets of audit and consulting services.
Since September 2007 our organization became a member of RSM International.
RSM International has member firms in over 64 countries and is represented in each of the top 40 major business centres throughout the world. The combined organisation has more than 24,000 professionals in more than 630 offices and generates total fee income exceeding US $3.06 billion, placing it amongst the Top Seven international accounting organisations world-wide.
The Company's main areas of activity are the provision of various types of audit and related services to commercial banks. In addition APiK provides specialized consulting services. Since its establishment, the Company has developed good relationships with over 80 Ukrainian and foreign banks.
Our employees have a high rate of proficiency. Furthermore, our contribution to the development of bank audit methodology has gained recognition in business spheres, state institutions, and in the professional audit community of Ukraine. Our Company is the only audit company in Ukraine, which has become a member of Association of Ukrainian Banks and of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine.
APiK has lengthy experience of work with large joint-stock companies and state enterprises specializing in the most important areas of the economy (fuel and energy complex, technical connection and telecommunication, insurance business, and the like.). During the last few years, we made significant progress, as the auditor of large joint-stock companies such as JSC "Ukrtelecom", CJST Kyivstar GSM, Lactalys-Ukraine and others.
We have also developed extensive contacts with 100% foreign-owned companies and banks. For example, our Company provides complete audit services to banks with 100% foreign ownership, which have business activity in Ukraine and to the representative offices of foreign companies.
