ALUMASH
ALUMASH plant (Dniprovski zavod "ALUMASH") - a leading aluminium extrusion company in Ukraine - had been put into operation in 1997.
The plant covers a total area of more than 30000 square meters and includes four main departments:
- Remelt and billet casting department: completely reequipped in 2007.
- Extrusion department: include an automatic extrusion press line by Breda-Danieli (Italy) with a full range of up-to-date equipment before and after the press; modernized in 2005-2006.
- Surface coating department: reequipped in 2008; includes a full chromate pretreatment line and two powder coating line by Otefal (Italy).
- Fabrication and assembly department: carries out secondary value added operations to turn aluminium extrusions into finished and semi-finished products for industry and building applications.
ALUMASH now offers a full range of on-site services including: extrusion, heat treatment, powder coating, fabrication, assembly and packing - all under one roof, all under single-source responsibility.
All orders go through a rigorous quality control process. From the quality of the materials used, to the condition of the finished product, nothing goes unchecked. This ensures that all orders meet or exceed customer and industry standards.
